Consent Agreement and Final Order filed February 14, 2012. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty. On September 28, 2011, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Penalty Order under the authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA)to Robinowitz Oil Company located in Pawhuska, OK, proposing a penalty. The Respondent’s oil field facility was a point source which discharged a pollutant to waters of the United States. The facility was inspected by the EPA on April 6, 2011. During the inspection, the EPA observed that a flow line had discharged oil field brine and produced wastewater to Little Hominy Creek. EPA issued a Cease and Desist Order to Robinowitz on April 12, 2011.
