On March 5, 2012, EPA Region 6 issued a signed Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) CWA-06-2011-1850 under its authority pursuant to the CWA Section 301 and CWA Section 309 to the City of Carlsbad located in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
