A stormwater compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department on December 7, 2011, to determine compliance with the Stormwater Construction General Permit. It was determined on that date that there were several deficiencies, including but not limited to, the permit being signed with an unauthorized signature, an inadequate SWPPP, and an obvious discharge to an MS4. An administrative order was drafted to address the deficiences.
