Violation: The Respondent's facility was a point source which discharged a pollutant to a waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on January 13, 2010. During the inspection the inspector observed that the facility discharged oil field brine to a tributary of Adams Creek. Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: 1) cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; 2) remove the brine from the flow path; and 3) submit written certification.
