Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to a waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on June 9, 2009. Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all brine from a pit at the facility; remove all brine from the flow path located in-between the facility and Camp Creek; remove all the brine from Camp Creek; and to submit written certification.
