During the inspection the EPA observed an unauthorized discharge of oil field brine from the facility to a tributary of Spring Branch Creek. Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued requiring the Respondent to perform the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all brine and contaminated soils from the flow path located between the facility and tributary; remove all the brine from the tributary of Spring Branch Creek; and to submit written certification that the Order has been complied with.
