Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to a Waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on March 30, 2009. During the inspection the inspector observed where the facility has discharge oil field brine to a wetlands adjacent to Cussetah Creek. Relief: An Administrative Order (AO) is being issued to the Respondent for compliance. The AO is requirng the Respondent to perform the following: cease all discharges of pollutants fro the facility; remove all brine and contaminated soils from the flow path; and to submit written certification.
