The facility was inspected by the EPA on April 13, 2009, where it was observed by the EPA that a pit located at the facility had discharged oil field brine to a tributary of Hulah Lake. Relief: A Cease and Desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all the brine from the flow path between the facility and discharge point of entry; and submi written certification that this AO has been complied with.
