Relief: An Administrative Order (AO) for compliance is being issued ordering the Respondent to do the following: 1) cease all discharges of pollutants; 2) remove the brine from the flow path in between the facility and the impacted water body; 3) remove the brine from the impacted water body; and 4) submit written certification.
