Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the Respondent to perform the following activities: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all brine and contaminated soils from the flow path inbetween the facility on point of entry; remove all brine from Turkey Creek; and to submit written certification.
