SANDOVAL COUNTY NEW MEXICO (NMR15EP58): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted February 23, 2008, by the New Mexico Environment Department. Although the County had applied for coverage under the Construction General Permit and had a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), the SWPPP, among other things, was lacking many of the required components; i.e., there was no list of interim or permanent stabilization practices were inadequate; what inspections were conducted were not conducted by an authorized, qualified inspector.
