Case summary

TRIUMPH HOSPITALITY GROUP, LLC (LAU000261): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted at the commercial construction site of the Wingate by Wyndham, 702 E. Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, LA, on May 20, 2008. The inspection was conducted by the Environmental Protection Agency. It was determined at the time of the inspection that Triumph Hospitality Group, LLC, had not submitted a Notice of Intent for coverage under the Louisiana Storm Water Construction General Permit for Small Activities. There was no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan presented for review. The site had only a very minimum amount of silt fence which was not properly installed. There was a detention pond which was not adequate for the site. An administrative order was drafted to address the lack of permit coverage. It was routed for signature.
