Violation: The Respondent's tank battery facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to waters of the US. On June 3, 2008, it was observed by the EPA that the facility had discharged produced waters to a tributary of Hulah Lake. Relief: A Cease and Desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove the produced water from the impacted water body; remove all the pollutants in between the facility and the impacted water body; and to submit written certification.
