Based on EPAs review of the February 7, 2008, CAFO annual compliance inspection, Dobbins Ranch, LLCs violations of the Clean Water Act were identified. The violations include, but are not limited to the following: (1) failure to dispose of cattle carcasses within the permitted 3 days (72 hours) time period; and (2) failure to maintain the animal waste retention structure (AWRS) in a manner to prevent the potential for discharge.
