The Respondents facility was inspected by the EPA on April 8, 2008, and an unauthorized discharge of produced water to a tributary of Deer Creek was cited during the inspection. Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: Cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove the produced water from the impacted water body; remove all the produced water from the flow path inbetween the point source and the point of entry into the impacted water body; and submit written certification.
