The violation was the unauthorized discharge of produced water (brine) to a tributary of Okemah Lake. Relief: An Administrative Order for Compliance is being issued Ordering the Respondent to: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all the brine from the impacted water body; and to submit written certification that the previous mentioned activities have been completed.
