Violation: The Respondent's tank battery facility located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 5 South, Range 1 East, was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US. An EPA inspection conducted on July 25, 2007 cited the unauthorized discharge of oil field brine. The impacted water body is a wetlands immediately adjacent to Demijohn Creek.
