On July 26, 2007, An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. John Choate, Managing Partner of Celebrity Feeders, LLC, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. The violations were identified during our review of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) inspection conducted on May 1, 2007. The violations found consist of inadequate records kept in the Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP).
