A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department on April 4, 2007, atthe Dillon Indusstrial Park & Residential Subdivision construction project located at 975 South Main Street, Aztec, NM 87410. Current construction activity started on March 29, 2007. The permittee had developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), but did not submit a Notice of Intent until the day of the inspection (April 4, 2007). An administrative order was drafted to address lack of permit coverage for six days and SWPPP deficiencies. Data indicated there was no rainfall during the six days site was not covered by permit.
