Case summary
EARTH BUILDERS (TXU010316): A storm water site compliance inspection was conducted June 26, 2003, by EPA inspectors at the City of Irving City Park at 6th and Senter Streets. As a result of that inspection, an Administrative Order was issued which addressed violations which included, failure to apply for permit coverage, an inadequate Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and failure to conduct storm water inspections. A show cause meeting was held on September 9, 2004. Penalty negotiations began and a settlement in principal was reached. The Complaint was drafted and routed for signatures. Once the Complaint is mailed, the CAFO will be routed for signatures.
