Several NMG010050 permit violations were noted including not containing runoff from feed and silage storage areas, not documenting enough freeboard in lagoon cell #3, allowing manure solids to accumulate in the west lagoon, allowing wastewater levee overflows between lagoons, and not documenting that nutrients were applied to land application field SD#3.
