Violation: Respondent's facility located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 14 North, Range 11 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US . The discharge resulted in a violation of the Clean Water Act and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System program.
