CENTRAL TEXAS MARKETPLACE APARTMENTS, LLC (TXU010488/TXR15H713): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted at the site of the Central Texas Marketplace Apartments in Waco, TX, by the EPA on September 29, 2004, to evaluate compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit.
