CWA-06-2006-1708 OKU000576 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil production facility was a point source of discharge of pollutants, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Little River, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 8 North, Range 5 East, Seminole County, Oklahoma. The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a August 23, 2005, inspection. RELIEF: An Administrative Order (AO) was issued to Kahan & Associates, Inc. on October 20, 2005. Along with the AO an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) was sent to the Respondent. The Respondent signed the ESA and agreed to settle this case. The ESA requires the Respondent to pay a penalty.
