Written procedures and inspection record are not kept with the plan and or not maintained for three years. Field drainage system (drainage diteches and road ditches), oil traps, sumps and/or skimmers are not regularly inspected and/opr oil is not promptly removed. Visual inspections of containers, foundation and supports are not conducted periodically for deterioration and maintenance needs. Above ground vlaves and pipelines are not examined periodically ona scheduled basis for general condition (includes items, such as: flage jointsk vlave glands, 2nd bodies, drip pans, pipeline supports, bleeder and guage vlaves, polish rods/stuffing box.)
