SUMMER HILL DEVELOPMENT (TXR15M322): At the request of the City of Ennis, a storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on July 13, 2005, at the construction site of the Walkers Run residential development. During the inspection, it was noted that, among other things, storm water controls had not been properly maintained, or in some cases, installed, and there was litter and debris scattered around the site and in the streets. Because the Respondent met the criteria for the Expedited Settlement Offer, which was drafted and routed for signature.
