Stanley and Gleta Elmore CWA-06-2005-2061 OKU000573 VIOLATIONS: The Respondents' oil field facilities were a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically produced water, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Butler Creek, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 27 North, Range 11 East, Osage County, Oklahoma. A June 14, 2005 EPA inspection documented the discharge of brine from the facility�s tank battery to the tributary. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should immediately cease the discharge of pollutants from the facilities, take preventative measures to cease all discharges from the facilities, and to perform remediation and restoration to the brine impacted areas.
