Panoak Oil & Gas Corporation CWA-06-2005-2047 OKU000572 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil production facility was a point source of discharge of pollutants, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Candy Creek, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 24 North, Range 12 East, Washington County, Oklahoma. The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a June 13, 2005, inspection. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should cease all discharges of pollutants, take corrective actions, and perform remediation and restoration to impacted soils.
