Robinson Oil Company CWA-06-2005-2044 OKU000571 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil production facility was a point source of discharge of pollutants, to the receiving waters of Fourmile Creek, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 24 North, Range 9 East, Osage County, Oklahoma. The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a June 3, 2005, inspection. RELIEF: An Administrative Order (AO) was issued to Robinson Oil Company on August 9, 2005. Along with the AO an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) was sent to the Respondent. The Respondent signed the ESA and agreed to settle this case.
