T S Oil Company CWA-06-2005-2042 OKU000570 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically produced water, to the receiving waters of Caney River, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 26 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma. A June 3, 2005 EPA inspection documented the discharge of brine from the facility�s tank battery and from a ruptured flow line to the River. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should also take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility and to submit a typed report detailing what corrective actions were performed to address the violations that were cited in the Order and to come back into compliance.
