Spess Oil Company CWA-06-2005-2700 OKU000191 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil production facility was a point source of discharge of pollutants, to the receiving waters of a tributary to Cowskin Creek, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 20 North, Range 8 East, Pawnee County, Oklahoma. The discharge of oil field brine was documented during a April 19, 2005, inspection. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should cease all discharges of pollutants. It also recommends that the Respondent reconstruct the secondary containment, repair a leaking brine pump, and install an automatically operated sump pump. Matt Rudolph 5-6434.
