Cantrell Energy Corporation Expedited Consent Agreement and Final Order Docket No. CWA-06-2005-1991 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically oil field brine (produced water), to the receiving waters of a tributary of Grace Creek, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 5 South, Range 1 East, Carter County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during a March 23, 2005, inspection. RELIEF: An Administrative Order (AO) was issued to Cantrell Energy Corporation on March 30, 2005. Along with the AO an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) was sent to the Respondent. The Respondent signed the ESA and agreed to settle this case.
