LD COOK CWA-06-2005-1982 OKU000567 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically produced water, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Little Caney River, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 28 North, Range 13 East, Washington County, Oklahoma. An April 13, 2005 EPA inspection documented the discharge of brine from the facility�s tank battery to the tributary. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should also take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility and to submit a facility work plan to address the violations that were cited in the Order.
