RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should take whatever corrective action is necessary to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations cited in the Order. Additionally, the Order asks the Respondent to: (1) reconstruct secondary containment; (2) remove a drain pipe from the containment wall; (3) install a sump pump; and (4) remediate the areas impacted by the brine discharges.
