A December 8, 2004, EPA inspection documented the discharge of oil field brine from the facility to the tributary. RELIEF: RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should take whatever corrective action is necessary to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations cited in the Order. Additionally, the Order asks the Respondent to consider: (1) construct secondary containment around a wellhead; (2) Reconstruct secondary containment around a saltwater tank; (3) install a sump pump; and (4) remediate the areas impacted by the brine discharges.
