MESILLA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION, INC. (NMU001432): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) on August 12, 2004, to evaluation compliance with the Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), at the Mesilla Valley Transportation, Inc. It was determined that the long distance trucking company and terminal facility was in non-compliance with the Clean Water Act in that they had not applied for permit coverage under the MSGP, nor developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as a condition to apply for permit coverage. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
