A July 21, 2004, Texas Railroad Commission inspection documented the discharge of oil field brine from the facility�s tank battery to the tributary of Middle Creek. RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should take whatever corrective action is necessary to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations cited in the Order. The Order also specifies that the Respondent shall remediate the area impacted by the brine discharge and consider implementing specific lease BMPs to prevent additional discharge violations.
