Case summary
Respondent owns and operates 19 wastewater treatment plants. This plant, the Wilson Creek plant, has been violating effluent limits for many years. This is their 3rd Show Cause meeting since 2000 regarding this facility. There are 92 effluent violations being cited in this Complaint. Respondent has just completed the expansion of their facility from 32 MGD to 48 MGD as of February 2004. It is anticipated this increased capacity will end the effluent violations. The purpose of this action is to resolve the 92 effluent violations.
