VIOLATIONS: Respondent owns or operates a construction site located in Quemazon Communities Phase III, which is a nine acre area site, designated primarily for single family residences in Los Alamos, NM, and as such, is an operator subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act (CWA). On January 13, 2004, the facility���s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was inspected by EPA. As a result, deficiencies were found in the SWPPP, as required by the NPDES. RELIEF: (a) within 30 days take corrective action; (b) within 30 days submit written report on corrective actions, (c) if not possible to correct the violation within 30 days, submit comprehensive plan to do so.
