Case summary
VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's tank battery facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary to Little Cane Creek, located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 14 North, Range 14 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during a December 3, 2003 inspection. RELIEF: The Class I Complaint proposes up to a $27,500 penalty for the violations. To date there has been no discussion of a SEP. After the Complaint has been issued and the Respondent has received the Complaint then a SEP will be discussed.
