EPA has completed its review of the city of Dallas�s municipal storm water program, which is intended to reduce pollutants entering the city storm water system and comply with pollution control measures outlined in the city�s national pollutant discharge elimination system (NPDES) permit. EPA has shared its findings of program deficiencies with city officials. EPA has issued a multi-media (RCRA and CWA) administrative order that directs the city to develop and present a corrective action plan to eliminate any existing violations and to ensure future violations do not occur. EPA is committed to work with the city to ensure it's return to compliance.
