Case summary
A storm water site complaince inspection was conducted June 26, 2003, by EPA inspectors at the City of Irving City Park at 6th and Senter Streets. It was noted during the inspection that there was no signage for the general contractor nor was there any indication the City had applied for permit coverage under the Texas Construction General Permit although a copy of the City's Federal NOI was posted. Large amounts of soil was eroding from the site into Delaware Creek due to lack of controls. An administrative order has been draftd to address these and other violations.
