A storm water compliance inspection was conducted September 23, 2003, at the site of Steve Hawkins Custom Homes in Kennedale, TX. During the inspection it was noted the operator did have permit coverage, however, while there had been a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) prepared, it was incomplete and not being implemented satisfactorily. Evaluation of the violations noted indicated Snikwah, Ltd., qualified for the Expedited Settlement Offer which was issued October 28, 2003.
