Case summary

The owner/operator violated several of the SDWA regulations: 1) exceeded the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for coliform bacteria during the months of February 200, May 2001, August 2001, June 2002, July 2002, and October 2002. 2) sampled water tested positive for fecal coliform bacteria during the months of Jun 2002 and August 2002. 3) failed to collect routine total coliform samples and failed to conduct anlayses at its water system during the months of October 1999, November 1999, December 1999, March 2000, August 2000, September 2001, October 2001, and August 2002. 4) failed to collect repeat total coliform samples and conduct repeat total coliform analysis within 24 hours of being notified of a positive total coliform analysis at its water system during the months of August 1999, February 2000, July 2000, May 2001, August 2001, July 2002, September 2002, and October 2002.
