Case summary

On September 17, 2004, an Administrative Order on Consent was filed under Section 3013 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Hazardous constituents associated with wood preserving activities were detected in the past in the soil and groundwater beneath the Mixon Brothers Wood Preserving facility.
