VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's facility was a point source of multiple discharges of pollutants, specifically oil field brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Skiatook Lake and a tributary of Wildhorse Creek. The facility is located in Section 32, Township 22 North, Range 10 Eat, Osage County, Oklahoma. The discharges occurred on or before July 15, 2003. RELIEF: Two Orders were issued to the Respondent to address the violations identified on a July 15,2003,EPA inspection. Both Orders require the Respondent to immediately cease all discharges to the tributaries identified.
