RELIEF: Due to lack of funding resources, the best we can expect is replacement of NW Rayne collection system by Dec 2003 and E Rayne collection system,pump station, and force main project by Jan 2005. By June 2006, select Phase II project based on evaluation of system and submit a final plan to EPA.
