RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should also take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants and to neutralize the brine contaminated area south of the tank battery by applying soil amendments to neutralize the sodium chloride. Additionally, the Order asks the Respondent to consider: (1)constructing adequate secondary containment; (2) installing a sump pump to remove and re-circulate standing fluids from the secondary containment to the tank; and (3) conscientiously monitor the fluid levels in the salt water tank.
