Case summary
A compliance evaluation inspection was conducted January 15, 2003, at the Barrington Hills Estates in Argyle to ascertain compliance with the General Permit for Storm Water Discharges at Construction Activities. It was determined that Kerr-Pearson Develoment, Ltd., had violated the permit in that the some of the BMPs at the site were inadequate to keep sediment on site, and the SWPPP was inadequate in some areas. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
