Respondent failed to have NPDES permit coverage for the following facilities starting December 10, 1997, and remaining unpermitted as of the date of this Order for the following facilities: Matagorda Island 619, Brazos 339, Brazos 337-L, Brazos 368, Brazos 340-L. Respondent is Orderd to obtain NPDES permit coverage for all offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico.
